Wherein I totally agree Ricker has been completely reliable in failing all MMMW investors for decades, it is not my belief he has done so for any personal financial gains or intentionally. If "living off selling shares" were his intentions, he failed miserably at that too.

I have no doubt he has abandoned this company, but he can't claim bankruptcy because most of the outstanding liabilities are in his own personal name (credit cards and unpaid payroll). There are still some options available to avoid MMMW being delisted if he cares to pursue that route, but I don't think he will because they all will be more additional costs to him. I have reliable information and good reason to believe Mr. Ricker is already a millionaire or close to it due to reasons completely aside from MMMW. I think he simply gave up on a poor pursuits and continually throwing good money towards bad.

Good luck bailing at this point if you haven't done so yet. Best decision I made with MMMW was to take a wait and see approach over four years ago, and never buying a single share.
