The Aubrey Brown company is: Corsa Network Technologies, Inc. http://www.corsanet.com.

And Corsa Network Technologies has been suspended by the state of California.

Seem to be doing well 17 years later.

Oh, the date you are referring to 1999 is the date of incorporation NOT the date of the suspension.
