aarlie we and many others have been here long enough to know that BKRT is a non issue now and has been for sometime.

Anyone who can read a 10-Q or 10-K knows where the convertible debt is for this company... Gone is where it is and has been. We know solid facts...

1. Deal with the F-500 company is signed

2. Product development and purchase orders are very near,if not completed, based on the last PR

3. Industrial Finishes & Systems has run thru a good portion of their first order and re-orders are imminent.

4. Deals with other F 500 company's are being worked out as we speak.

5. Development of several different products is near completion and ready for market.

These, as well as other business deals, are what the market is waiting on... we are waiting on additional conformation and revenue figures...once that happens this will move..in the mean time we can all play the "who knows what" and "where this is going" games to pass the time.

As for both of those guessing games... I feel confident there is simply not enough dilution to worry over...if there is any at all... and as for "where this is going"... up is the answer to that question. Not down into the teens as some predict... that opportunity has long passed.

As for now... for now we continue to channel between 002 and 0024 simple as that. Day traders have the floor...but not for long.

Last note... we have burned thru shares down to 0022 yet the boogie man BKRT as been at 003 and just moved to 0024.. all the while retail CSTI has controlled the ASK and BID... Once this "retail seller" is done back to 0024 we will go..with out a peep from BKRT...but you can bet we will hear that this sell down was DILUTION. LOL
