Been seeing steady volume on this ticker. Chart wise RSII is set to challenge the .0015 area, which when pierced will signal a BLUE SKY break out, with continuation possibly going as high as .006 area. In addition, there is rumors around the boards about a press release this week which will have significant impact on the companies' bottom line.
