I think their 8K said it would be $70 mil to buyout all the warrants because of the $1.08 cashless exercise which was tied to a Black/Scholes model before the Units were delisted ( see VPCOU). The anti-dilution terms killed them. If so, then it would take more llike 700 million shares at a dime but you see the point. I suppose they could try to ride it out without an R/S since they have 5 billion authorized shares but we are a long ways from a dime and I don't think mgmt trusts the market in the pinks.
