No doubt the PPS is in the crapper, but it was 220k at 3.52pm with 230k bought after hours, all pretty meaningless at this PPS $4k trades is neither major dumping or buying. This thing is just in limbo land until a positive /negative confirmed filing is put out, no point selling at these prices IMO as upside potential means you would kick your self, at this PPS it can be manipulated either direction for relatively small beer money. Need to see much higher volumes or PPS before any real assumptions can be made.
