Velocityshares 3X Long Natural Gas ETN (UGAZ)

I understand this is an ETF and of a commodity. With that said, those that are regulars here. When will this thing bottom out. In short - I am not interested in the actual NG reserves or prices, etc. Again, I get that I should be (and, I am) but for reasons of this post/question. I am looking for when will it finally bottom out and channel trade or start moving up?

OR

Does it simply not do that. And, when the price hit's a bottom and it is being slaughtered by day traders. Is this when Direxion steps in and announces a R/S?
