a nickel is pretty bold I would think without seeing revenue.

Ive been part of ticker changes in pinks before. not sure I would see ipo action but usually its a good thing. I don't think we could equate the 2 though especially with a pink sheet stock.

it does look like pump material from what I am seeing.

you have a share authorized split and then a reverse allowing for greater dilution.

I see a ton of notes about to convert within the next month or so. some have already it seems.

how many preferred shares were there? I forgot.
