You can't appeal after appeal on the final court decisions. That's the whole point here. Unless JnJ takes this up to the Supreme Court, provided the Supreme Court would even entertain it it's over. And if this goes to the Supreme Court you will want to sell everything you have and invest it here. The law is the law and the Supreme Court will not play favorites. We have already seen that once JnJ was out of their home territory in Northern California that their antics don't fly. The USPTO and Federal Circuit courts have shot them down convincingly and awarded DECN costs.
