PLPL does not reply to inquiries! To jjr: OTC? So what? Does it mean microcaps shall not file? I still would like to know why PLPL is still listed at the OTC and not at PinkSheet! They did not file for more than half a year and all files back to summer 2014 have been wrong. I am totally astonished they are still not listed as a non-reporting pinksheet.
