When fda accepts elites filling they will let the company know if they get priority review or a regular one, regular means 3 year , priority 6 months. Abuse resistant/deterent is always priority review
Fda is legally obliged to let us know within 60 days when they dont accept filling, but 90% of the time its around 8 weeks, fastest is 6 weeks.
So Ceo. Informed us 100% correct on all possible scenarios
So first week of september we could have our first abuse resistant product on the market.
Right around the time my second child is about to be born :)
All the time spend on this board between now and september is a waste of time imo.
