Because the infrastructure spending for Indonesia is strategically being carried out between 2016-2019! There will be 8 projects involving drinking water and 3 projects for agriculture and fisheries. Just maybe this mou will come into effect with Penida Capital now that the strategic planning is layed out ready to begin. Also there could be an involvement with BW Global now that they are in partnership with Ambient Water. They both had a successful turnout at the BC Tech Summit Jan this year as investors poured in from all parts of the world. It would only make sense that such strategic partners will be included in such projects imho. Of course 30 projects with most importance will begin first but eventually the entire 225 National Strategic Projects will be carried out!
