If you don't have confidence in the BOD of a company you own shares in ,then you should sell the stock. But if you are referring to the BOD of PPHM I believe you are dead wrong ,I have known these men for a very long time, during certain periods of Wall Street history, they were the best at what they did , and believe me you would not want to be on the other side of the table from these individuals . If you are looking for sharks ,you found them ,and what they don't know they have K &L Gates to advise them. I have and will trust them to look out for my best interests.
