Five thousand square foot plus premises, well maintained, repaired and regularly renovated, in compliance with all applicable codes, consisting of the following:
Facility
•Luxury finishes
•Modern sound and light system
•Clean, well-kept exterior with highly visible signage; clearly marked, welcoming entrance; and safe, secure parking accommodations (or alternative).
•Multiple stages for entertainers to perform on
•Table seating for general admission and VIP/bottle service guests
•Clean, adequate and secure changing areas in the BOH for entertainers and staff
Operation
•Offers premium and super premium spirits and specialty cocktails, as well as wine, beer, Champagne and non-alcoholic beverages
•Serves food, whether it be bar bites, cafe menu or fine dining
•Has POS system
•Complies will all applicable labor laws to the best of ability
•Employs cocktails servers/bottle servers, as well as bartenders, bar backs, other traditional hospitality positions, and in house or third party security staff with relevant certifications
•Provides house mom (or equivalent) and/or hair/makeup artist as an amenity to entertainers
•Provides Scores related merchandise for sale or giveaway
•Accepts all major credit cards
•Offers guests Diamond Dollars, ATM or CASH advance
Marketing & Online Presence
•Should maintain a website it’s adequate SEO
•Should have a social media presence
•Should attempt to manage online reputation
•Should feature only high resolution graphics in digital ads, website and social media
•Should have a verified Google Maps listing
•Should not advertise in outlets catering to escorts/prostitution services
•Should have an annual print and digital advertising budget
•Should use only official Scores logo, as provided
•Should use domain registered by Scores on behalf of licensee, as provided
Participation
•Should respond to requests for information (for promotional purposes) from Licensor and participate in programs designed to increase business whenever possible

•Complies will all applicable labor laws to the best of ability
•Employs servers, as well as bartenders, bar backs, bus boys, and security staff with relevant certifications as necessary
•Encourages servers and female staff to wear Scores branded uniform
•Provides Scores-related merchandise for sale or giveaway
•Accepts all major credit cards
•Has a Birthday Program
