courts might let you restrict access to recreational cannabis, but when it comes to medical cannabis (big difference) the government hasn't come up with one law in history that has survived a charter challenge

MMPR got busted, CSA is toast, MMAR was never challenge because it was just what the doctor ordered :) and lets not forget, don't try to restrict the distribution in dispensaries either - because when someone is in need he ought to have a reasonable access to it, like a neighbor or a corner store that can provide it, can't trust government things because there is only 6 months left before it gets shut down, all you need in this business is patients that don't want to jump through hoops - come in, see the natureopath or dentist or whatever and follow his advise

be real, with medical cannabis you don't make laws, the government will just need to pay Tousaw and Conroy more legal fees. and from the looks of it the gov is running out of cash faster than it would have liked

only way to solve this chit show is a free for all, let the best businesses win
