Nevada was a tricky state and the laws in place made it difficult and delayed openings for many dispensaries in Nevada. It was disappointing they could not open sooner, but it is better late than never and the Cert of Occupancy was the largest hurdle to pass before getting there, and now we are almost here.

As for shorting, it is a necessary evil because without it we would have more scams, easier pump and dumps, grossly overvalued stocks all over, and probably a market collapse every few years. It would be the wild wild west and shorts help to keep stocks from getting in the clouds as frequently. It does have its benefit within the market.
