This is no way to run a company IMHO.





There is no set way, or formula to do anything, specially as the world becomes more complicated due to many variables growing, or being developed.


There are no formulas to run a company, which has been around for a while.


The only goal at this point is to survive, and get by.


Shareholder can not be much an issue at this time. They need to expand their energy to survive.






Every situation is tight to their variables ......



The formulas which I developed to respond to your thoughts, and understandings will expire in due time .... LOL
