I am very glad management has positioned themselves with enough shares to lock in the controlling interest now. This is very important here in 2016 just as the company is emerging into commercial success. Oh, and also, by the way, management could not sell all of their shares into the market even if they wanted to as there are strict rules limiting insider trading to no more than 1% per quarter.
