The JDZ exploration was poorly managed by SNP who admitted they were technically challenged. Most still believe there is oil there but nobody is going to carry ERHC to find out. In Kenya ERHC has a decent chance to finding oil but the chances are about 20%. A normal exploration play, not great but not terrible. ERHC just sold their best asset in the EEZ that sat dormant for over a decade while ERHC did nothing. The other block ij the EEZ will likely continue to sit there too. In almost 5 years ERHC has not even done seismic in Chad let alone drill a well.

The assets are there and ERHC has been squandering them because management is clueless. The market has seen the problem at ERHC and hence the share price. Some will never see it.
