Would it be a stretch to assume that Letts is aware of these future potential dubious actions or others (remember he is outvoted 3 to 1) and that with the BOD's conduct keeping the share price down he could do a takeover at a much cheaper price?
I see no reason to assume that the BOD's of Medinah are working for the shareholders but I see lots of reasons to assume that they are working for themselves. And have for many many years. I'm sure they can continue to be very creative when it comes to filling their own pockets.
