Your absolutely right. But when you have over 1 billion shares outstanding , a sub-penny share price and a high trading volume that flipping is exponential and makes it almost impossible for investors to get out of the sub-penny range. Especially, if sub-penny is .0003 and you'd have to increase the share price by over 33 times to just hit .01. People coming in post RS will do better, especially if revenue really begins to come in.
