2.5 Globalstar Customer Rates and Payments.

(a) Pricing and License Fees. Globalstar Customers will be required to pay to Yippy a fee equal to the greater of (i) (A) for each single use license of the Yippy Software, USD $3.00 for each month in which the Yippy Services are utilized by a Globalstar Customer and (B) for each multiple user license, USD $3.00 per User Terminal for each month in which the Yippy Services are utilized by the User Terminal, or (ii) 40% of total amount paid by a Globalstar Customer for the Yippy Services (the ''Yippy/GS Fee"). The Parties shall mutnally agree to any changes to the Yippy/GS Fee.
