incorrect. a carrot would have been a share certificate which would cost you $1k-$2k to possibly deposit down the road. Having used DTC/TA to issue the shares electronically virtually eliminated any expense on your part to receive them while the company paid for their issuance, legal, etc. This also makes it much easier to take that entity public.

Of course, I know this is the penny world and it may never go public... but the company went through the additional expense to do it the right way imo.

Buy it, trade it, hold it, ignore it... do whatever your want, just
don't do it because of what I say.
