Can anyone explain the loan from Curt Kramer? It seems a company with this team of players, with supposed capital off the books, "Saudi-style," wouldn't need to deal with a shady character like Kramer and Vis Vires. I am holding, but why involve your company with someone with bad history like Kramer? Especially if you are supposed to have access to capital in more legitimate channels? It doesn't make sense.
