The court case concerning the 220,000,000 alleged illegally sold shares has been removed from PACER, This case showed up yesterday but with no filings yet, but at like 4 tomorrow is said canceled and today there is nothing... I am not saying that the case is no longer, just hat it does not show on PACER, below is a poor cut and paste of what's on PACER at this minute. (Can someone else who has PACER access verify this also, so I don't come off as a person with an agenda?)
