Logically speaking, it would seem the OS is being decreased because everyone s% of OS go up the same everyday, so its not like the company is rewarding free shares, the amount of share held stays the same. but i honestly dont know for sure just making assumptions with the info i can find

Add this to the good news pile. Damn this pile is getting huge :)
