The only thing that letter clearly shows is that Francine is inept and can't accomplish anything or that she lies to boost to manipulate the pps. It's up to you to decide which.

Either way, until the fluff and lies stop and results are shown, she deserves every negative comment she receives.

0.02 to 0.0004 in the past two years and 0.0025 to 0.0004 since her letter. Is this what you consider shareholder value?
