As I have said before, the company is doing just fine. It's easy to see really, management is getting the wakeup call and the new CEO, with Denner onboard, is going to make the difference!! The science is getting the attention it needed and spending is going to be applied where it is needed as well. I have no doubt there will be some "house cleaning" in due time. The money machine is once again a BIO company. Thankfully, we have retained the great science minds behind our pipeline. I expect, as I have stated on many occasion, we will in fact see Denner adding additional shares. The time is right, the price is right and it will indeed show a high degree of confidence in his decision to right this ship!! I expect we'll hear much more from Paris in the near future, he has a plan and it's already in effect. For those that are suggesting he has no plan or is in someway scratching his head to figure out a plan, I say that is naive thinking on their part. Like all assaults, military or corporate, the element of surprise is always a factor.
Paris is no joke, those that don't agree now, will no doubt change their minds soon enough. I hope all will remember how some chose to wrongfully attack the man before he even had a chance to open the door of his new office at Ariad. This kind of thinking is counterproductive and a harsh way to welcome the man that will be putting money back into their pockets!! Many said, "Get rid of HB", you got what you wanted, now let the man do his job and give him some space/time to get the job done!!
Time will tell the tale and I have no doubt there are some folks on the BoD that are sitting up straighter than ever. As mentioned previously, the fact the pp was removed so quickly and unanimously is proof that Denner has a firm grip on the reins. Paris will no doubt keep the momentum going as we get ready to launch Brig!! Exciting days ahead, I'm ready for them!!
Oil is trying hard for a recovery, this will only add steam to our own recovery. I expect oil will be a slow crawl back, but the end of the year should show some nice gains from our current global conditions. This, timed with some great news on Brig in the later part of the year, should make for some very bright days ahead for Ariad.
It's time for the masses to see the light!! Denner and Paris are here to get things done. The shackles have been removed, first we walk, then we run. We are one great news PR from a sprint that will put us back in the realm of reality where pps is concerned. To some, it has been obvious, to others, not so much, price is not always the most important factor in a long term plan. As Jess pointed out, no doubt the frowns will turn upside down once the warm light of increased prices shines upon the faces of the doubters. I suggest you block up and get your shades on, it will be getting much better and much brighter from here!!
