The "merger" is irrelevant at this point.

Let's call it what it was. It was a repossession of the Btzo ticker by Kreisler to clean up GREENSHIFT'S debt.

There is no magic way to fix the share structure here or the massive debt. It's not going to trade again without a rs -- plain and simple. The Ss MUST be addressed, debt MUST be addressed.

Investors or any potential investors need to ask themselves, why does marilu not address Btzo shareholders publicly? Why is she in hiding? Make no mistake, she is hiding from angry Btzo investors because she KNOWS she's a scheming con artist.
