That was a quality update....shares outstanding should stay unchanged until April at least. The Series A Warrant holders would never have signed the standstill deal if VPCO was allowed to sell stock to other people while the series a warrant guys agreed to wait. Thats why they call it a standstill...the share issuances are standing still and not moving forward for another 3 months.

I have been checking with equitystock the changes in outstanding shares the past couple of days and since Tuesday there hasn't been any increase
