It appears to be more than coincidental that they are using the word fractal in the headers of their webpage. And Mike's post had a disclaimer in it that it's not the "outdated" technology that two third parties are involved in litigation against each other.

They used the word fractal and then try to distance themselves from fractal with the statement.

This is more than a pure coincidence; especially noting the players.
