So…SFRX had an O/S of 1,378,865 as of December fourth 2015 after the massive 1 for 200 split in November 2015.
Since that time, you have multiple form 4 showing officers and directors converting preferred B shares in to commons, and an SC 13D stating that Mary Ellen Renna is claiming 50% of the current O/S with 10,446,875 shares.
That would seem to indicate that the O/S has grown almost 20x in just a couple of months. That seems to be pretty heavy dilution.
I looked at the SOS filings and saw that the preferred series “B” were designated just months before they R/S the stock and the common A/S was raised from 250,000,000 to 500,000,000 just a month earlier.
Do you think we have strong enough swimmers here to go against that tide of dilution? What information are you seeing that would show that this has any chance of moving higher anytime soon?
I don't really see it happening.
IMO and FWIW.
