That letter to shareholders was written 12 months ago. How has shareholder value increased? It's done nothing but drop since then. Toxic debt was paid off at the expense of the pps only to acquire more toxic debt.

How many board members have been added in the past 12 months?

How has the US sales and distribution increased in the past 12 months?
