This right here could very well be the issue and why the SEC questioned control of the companies:
AIDC Company Disclaimer the night before suspension:
As a "penny stock" Company, within the meaning of federal and state securities law, Creative Edge Nutrition, Inc. may not avail itself of the Safe Harbor provisions as identified in the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995. However, Creative Edge Nutrition, Inc. provides the following disclaimer and warning to protect our shareholders, prospective investors and the public at large by alerting them to the risks and uncertainties involved with any investment, and the need to perform their own due diligence and assessment.
Easy answer by FITX is they use the same lawyers who prepared the document and it was a simple copy and paste mistake. Than they show the SEC who is in control of all the companies. Could be that simple or could not be none of us know.
And why do you keep asking me where Bill is? Like i have any clue where someone i've never met or talked to is right now or even lives for that matter, nor do i care.
All of my posts are strictly my own opinion. Please do your own DD before making any investments and only risk what you can afford to lose
