My point is as straight forward as it can be. If the SEC accepted the Spin off, they weren't investigating Bill for a while than. No way in Hel would they approve it and put investors in harms way "to try and pull bill back in" thats a BIG BIG stretch. I guess next week we will see if the shares are given out. If they are im fully confident things will be resolved quickly than.

But as i stated i don't believe they will with the stock suspended.

But again the fact they approved Bill's spinoff of FITX a short month ago tells me they HAVE NOT been investigating him for "years now"
