If FINRA AND the SEC approved the spin off and allowed the company to PR it to investors and didn't think that was putting them in danger at all than i believe as stated in the SEC letter control of the companies is the main issue here and the companies will have to clearly state who is in control of all four and has voting rights and there isn't a conflict of interest with one man holding controlling rights in two of the companies. Seems like thats the issue to me and what the SEC pretty much stated.
