Man o man there are a lot of moving parts with all of this, my head is spinning, now i could see why the SEC would question the control of these companies. It actually makes a lot of sense now.

Bill controlled FITX but now will control CEN i believe. It appears to me with all these moving parts the SEC is making sure there is zero conflict of interest with any of these companies before the CEN shares are distributed.

Bill can't have control of CEN and than have control of either FITX, IGRW or AIDC. That would be illegal and a conflict of interest. Especially the relationship between FITX and the spin off.
