I mean, wasn't the company already troubled enough without unauthorized sale of restricted shares to add to the list of woes? Too bad the SEC hasn't yet got that software in place, that will allow them to track every trade made in the market. That way they could unwind every illegal transaction. They already have the power to unwind trades, but without comprehensive data, it's too burdensome and almost impossible to do. In a few more years though that won't be the case.
