Here it is gang, the BIG SCANDAL EXPOSE!!!

I hope you are all buckled up and ready to do some serious thinking about what the heck is REALLY going on at TMM!

Background:

TMM has paid their Director Stan Ford in Vancouver Canada millions of dollars the past 5 years to develop the fractal codes, although Ford’s relationship with TMM goes back several years before the new management group. He and Fernandez were “thick as thieves”, so to speak

Ford has his own Canadian development company (International Royalties Corp) that TMM owed money to before the new group arrived and still does ($155k), although TMM has been apparently paying them MILLIONS ongoing since then.

But after at least 8 years of “working” on these fractal codes, both the VDK 1.x and the "borrowed" VDK 2.0 codes they have produced NOTHING and GAVE UP as we were told by the last TMM news release!

Or so we were all led to believe.

The Con:

It seems Stan Ford and his protégé Scott Randall (both old friends of Fernandez) in Vancouver have other companies besides the one that has sucked up all the development money from TMM.

Wow, isn’t it quite the coincidence that this business is also in the fractals game? Here’s what they say about themselves, “We provide post production image upscaling and resampling services using our FractalPix Upscaler™ and FractalPix Resampler™algorithms to select B2B clientele in the Digital Cinema industry, and optimized low bitrate video encoding for the streaming market. Our next phase of expansion is the deployment of our cloud based platform”

Fractals?
Upscaling?
Low bitrate video?
Cloud-based services?

Didn’t TMM pay them millions of dollars to develop those things for TMM and supposedly they couldn’t and TMM had to move on to something else?

Seems odd.

More coincidences? The office address for Spectrumbyte is actually a school address only a few blocks from Stan Ford’s International Royalties Corp office. Website owner = Scott Randall, Ford’s right hand man.

Who at TMM knew about this? Anyone? Everyone?

Is this the exit plan when TMM goes under in a few months? Select key insiders get to hop over to the company with the tech the TMM investors paid for? I bet some insiders were left out, how’s that feel?

How about the TMM shareholders? Hosed once again? Big time!

Or is this just Stan Ford’s exit plan? Hmmmmmm……….
