I suspect the reason he is saying that is because he expects the FHAL stock to trading @ $15 per share in effect you get the $15. How we get there is another question...if they are buying back the float, and they appear to have deep pockets, they can make the pps do cartwheels if that is their wish. They would have to respect the rules of course and I'll leave to the experts to figure that out ...masta
