I don’t know if someone has already mentioned this but in Thursday’s interview if you listen carefully you can hear the analyst/reporter form KNOBIAS (Steve) saying this merger, “is incredibly positive to shareholders, incredibly positive…” and he is then interrupted as Mr. Harris comes on. It would obviously be beneficial to have a financial analyst recommendation as we had back on May 4th. Does anyone subscribe to KNOBIAS and if so have they accessed his article and his actual recommendation?

Everyone here has done an excellent job of DD so far on a relatively obscure merger. Sorry I have not posted in a while but if you look I have been here since the first page of this board. Nice Job guys. I think the market is severely undervaluing this deal!
