11th Circuit Court of Appeals...
Looks like the 11th CCA heard arguments yesterday on the right for the SEC to name its own judges, which if allowed, would mean the case against Ironridge LLC goes forward. That would mean Ironridge would need to cease and desist on any future dealings. It would also mean possible/probable DISGORGEMENT of profits: meaning IR owes Vela $ or IR needs to give back shares (Buyback?) or Both.

There was a previous post from someone here that showed Velatel acquired International Carrier Status with 500K users? Could that someone please repost? Maybe That CMM company is actually growing???

Whether 5or 10 Bil shares, the market valuation seems to be pretty low. It appears that someone was either in the courtroom or had access to the lawyers and questions and thinks this is going in favor of the SEC and Vela?
