Buyback = Best-Possible Case Scenario. Won't Happen.

Unfortunately, buybacks require money. No one knows if VelaTel has any. We also do not know how many shares there are, so no value can be given to the company.

Couple that with incompetent management and I can not see that happening in any way, shape or form.

If it somehow did, this stock could actually make it back to pennies.

No way.
