There has been loading on this for a few months now in the .0008 to .0011 area. There is probably a group that is buying the float up and will run it when the time is right. Probably when the deal closes and the masses get in.because right now someone is blocking the .0013 and they have been blockEd for a while. That's another scenario that could be happening. IMO
