From 100 to 0 real fast

the proposed amendment to the Corporation’s Articles of Incorporation that increases the number of authorized shares of Common Stock from 150,000,000 shares of Common Stock to no less than 500,000,000 shares of Common Stock.

Common stock outstanding after this offering 51,175,738 shares, assuming all of the Series H Preferred Stock being sold in this offering is converted and the warrants are exercised in full.

Look for continued dumping and then another Reverse Split....and continued promise of shareholder value! Followed by Uplisting from Strength!

Unfortunately I do believe in the pipeline, but have no faith in GC....I tried to back him, and put my money towards supporting this company, but I have lost thousands here!
So, um....yea....it has been a MONSTER!
