I'm not so sure about that, it's mainly psychological at this point. Russia, Iran, Saudi Arabia all agreed to reduce their output to January levels. I've heard it could stabilize in late 2016 or early 2017. In any case, it's time to consider going long on an oil ETF that has a distribution yield allowing you to play catch up in the scenario it heads below $30.
