COLUMBIA, Md., Jul 12, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Net Cert, Inc. (OTC: NTCI) announced today that it has filed the required regulatory documents to begin trading as Ise Blu Equity Corp. The company has requested that the change become effective July 24, 2006. A new trading symbol will be available the prior trading day. We are changing the name of the company to reflect its broadening business and to solve the confusion for shareholders and potential investors that may link the current operations to the past Chinese operations.
