Yes but now the assumption we're making is that after the RS the company would be doing poorly.
I don't see a RS or a dilution occurring afterwards for a company like TWMJF.
I do see a RS happening for smaller companies in the sector (TRTC to give one example) but TWMJF has plenty of capital and is well on there way to good gross profit numbers (IMHO).
I think the biggest issue TWMJF has is the fact that they're in Canada where the overall market is predicted to be $10 billion (while as it stands the whole of the U.S. is at around $110 billion).
TWMJF will have to move into the States in order to be taken seriously globally. The good news is they're positioned well in regards to capital to do so.
