I don't believe there is any good news in the near future. But I do believe in the explosive potential of the technology if they get a deal signed. I see some positive signs that it may eventually happen the more I talk to those involved in the company. I am not at liberty to share everything I know but I will say this:

1. There is a reason that even though they have no money, they have stopped offering private placements. They also are not diluting.

2. There is no lack of interest in the technology from those who have approached them and made offers. They are being very selective about who they deal with and what the deal looks like.

3. They seem to be leaning towards holding out for an acquisition which for share holders is best case scenario. The down side of this as that these deals do take a lot more time.

Bottom line is, if you can leave your money here for a while I believe your patience will pay off. The problem is, there are not many of us in penny land with that kind of patience. Especially when we are in the red. As for me, I am holding.
