I think the way it was phrased previously, one could have understood it to mean that the Rubicon was already built, which anyone who has been here awhile already knew, it is not. Had it already been built, it would have been the subject of a press release.
Again, for those black and white thinkers (it's either a scam or it's not), this sounds very much like a company trying to get things moving, and having difficulty doing so behind the scenes and out of shareholders' line of sight.
It's no fun waiting, but that's the reality now and I expect will be the reality for several months to come until more substantive news is released.
